It is important for all members of Dispuut Verkeer to feel comfortable and safe. For this a Code of Conduct has been set up within Dispuut Verkeer. Sadly, not everything can go well at all times. If anything happened which makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, unaccepted or you were (sexually) assaulted, Dispuut Verkeer has confidential advisors.
Help within Dispuut Verkeer
You can reach out to the confidential advisors about anything you want to discuss which you cannot or do not want to discuss with the board members. The confidential advisors are bound by confidentiality and have no power themselves. They can however offer a listening ear and provide you with tools to help dealing with the experience.
The confidential advisors of Dispuut Verkeer are Rona Jak and Thaddäus Weißhaar. A short introduction about them, including their contact information, can be found below. The confidential advisors of Dispuut Verkeer can help you find the right next steps in case something bad has happened.

Help outside of Dispuut Verkeer
When a matter is more serious or help from within the association is not wanted (for whichever reason), there are many agencies that can help outside of Dispuut Verkeer. This page will contain some tools available.

Study Advisors of Civil Engineering are responsible for TIL. All faculties have study advisors who can help you with different (study related) issues. You can always reach out to them.

The Confidential Advisors of the TU Delft are professionals who are able to help you out in case of dire situations.

The TU Delft offers psychologists which are available for students to reach out to, do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are worried that it might be necessary!

If you or someone you know might be or is thinking about killing themselves, you can reach out to 113. This is a suicide prevention hotline and will not take immediate action, but will offer a listening ear. If your or someone else’s life is in immediate danger, call 112.

Sadly Dutch only, if you are worried about someone else (for addiction, confused behaviour, social isolation, etc.), you can reach out to Meldpunt Bezorgd.
