One of our policy points was to implement a social safety network for our members. This is a long process, but we feel like we are going into the right direction. Currently we have created a code of conduct, which can be found here, but please note that this is also a work in progress. With this document we would like to show our members what we do an do not tolerate. The behaviour mentioned in this document is also what we expect from our members. It is of upmost importance that every member feels safe within Dispuut Verkeer. Our next step is setting up confidential advisors, but more on that will follow. If you have any suggestions or concerns, feel free to reach out to one of us.
