 tively participated in all major Dutch infrastructure projects over the pa
 st decades. We identify project risks\, evaluate project performance\, and
  conduct technical analyses. Our broad technical expertise\, which we larg
 ely secure through our strong ties with TU Delft\, is crucial to these act
 ivities. In our upcoming lunch lecture we look forward to introducing you 
 to our work and our team. We also invite you to delve into two typical cas
 es where Horvat &amp\; Partners played a significant role: The development
  and operation of the high-speed railway HSL-Zuid: We’ll discuss the cha
 llenges this railroad system presented and how Horvat &amp\; Partners cont
 ributed to the design\, safety\, and maintenance aspects of this infrastru
 cture. The renovation/replacement of the Van Brienenoord bridge: Renovatin
 g or replacing this key link in the Dutch highway network could be a risky
  operation. We’ll explore the risk-mitigation measures considered during
