Op dinsdag 4 juni organiseren wij een dag voor HBO/WO studenten die op zoek zijn naar een meewerk- of afstudeerstage. Gedurende de dag hoor, zie en beleef je wat NS allemaal doet. Dus naast een inhoudelijk kijkje in de keuken is dit ook dé manier om sfeer te proeven binnen onze organisatie! We sluiten de dag af met een BBQ op het strand samen met onze huidige stagiair(e)s. On 29 and 30 May, the annual Civil Company days will take place on our faculty. For two days, there are several companies with stands on the first floor between A and B. During these days more than 50 civil companies will present themselves to interested students. This event provides you with a chance to talk with companies and get in contact with them.

The Civil Company days are organized for every student who wants to learn more about the companies in the Civil sector. This event is also a perfect way to contact companies for internships and graduation projects.

Access and lunch is free so don’t miss out on this event!

This Saturday 12 members of Dispuut Verkeer will be broadcasted on RTL 4 at 20:00. During the KennisQuiz of Linda de Mol “Weet Ik Veel” 300 students compete for the title of best student. In the final round the best student can win a substantial amount of money, together with a Dutch celebrity.

It is highly recommended!

The Academic Year Prize is coming.

Participating in the Academic Year Prize creates an opportunity for researchers, PhD students and the results of their research to be put in the spotlight with a large audience. If a team from your university gets into the top three finalists teams, you will be frequently included in the communication.

The Academic Year Prize wants to motivated researchers, PhD students to show the results of their research to a wide audience. With the prize of 100,000 euros, a team of scientists, PhD students can realize the winning proposal. The competition is open to teams from the Dutch universities, university medical centers, affiliated to KNAW or NWO research institutes, TNO, GTI’s and other non-commercial research.

The jury, chaired by Paul Schnabel, director of the Social and Cultural Planning Office, will nominate three teams to further develop their communication plans. The three finalist teams also play along to win the Labyrinth-audience price, organized by the television stations VPRO / NTR. The winner will receive a report in an editorial of the Labyrinth broadcasts.
